On it. I'm handing those five to Eric now and pulling up what CLO-16 actually says.
Eric has the five tickets. He'll check whether Claude already fixed IGU-85 before touching it, and he'll open PRs for you to merge rather than merging anything himself. You'll get the links in the morning. You hadn't answered two questions, so I gave him defaults. The Curator case-study link will point to a real existing page, or be removed if there isn't one. And every footer will link all three sister sites. Tell me if you want either one changed.
CLO-16 says tomatkinsband.com has no privacy policy or terms page. Both /privacy and /terms returned "page not found" when I checked today. The site collects emails through Bandzoogle's mailing-list form and runs Google Analytics, so it should have both. Since the site is staying on Bandzoogle for now, this means building two pages in the Bandzoogle editor, with no code involved. The wording would be adapted from highstrungpro.com's pages and would cover the band's own mailing list, analytics, and store purchases. Both pages would be linked from the footer, and the footer's "© 2025" would get updated while we're in there. When the site moves to Vercel later, the pages would move over at the same addresses.

Will do. I'll base them on highstrungpro.com's pages and check what the band site actually uses first, like its mailing list, analytics, and store. You'll have both drafts ready to paste by morning.
Both pages are drafted, and the files are right below. I based them on what's actually on tomatkinsband.com: Google Analytics, the Bandzoogle mailing-list and contact forms with reCAPTCHA, the Superfan subscription, the store, and PayPal for lessons. They use the band's own gmail for contact. This is a solid plain-language template, not legal advice.
A few blanks only you can fill before pasting:
- The effective date.
- Who legally runs the site. Your footer says High Strung Productions LLC, so it's probably that.
- The payment processor for the store.
- How long Google Analytics keeps data. It's a setting in GA, usually 2 or 14 months.
- Refund terms for the store, the Superfan subscription, and lessons.
- Which state's law applies. You can drop this one, since highstrungpro.com doesn't have it.
For the footer, add "Privacy Policy" and "Terms" links. While you're there, change the "@ 2025" to "© 2026".
Also, highstrungpro.com's privacy page spells the sister brands "Cloudsurfing Jupiter" and "iGuitarJournal". I'm asking Eric to fix that along with the domain cleanup he's already doing.

This policy covers tomatkinsband.com, the website of the Tom Atkins Band, and the Tom Atkins Band mailing list. It is written in plain language and describes what this site actually does.
Who we are
Tom Atkins Band is the band led by guitarist Tom Atkins. If you have questions about this policy or your information, email tomatkinsband@gmail.com. We do not publish a street address on this site.
Where this site lives
This site is hosted on Bandzoogle, a website platform for musicians. Bandzoogle runs the site's mailing-list sign-up, contact forms, store and checkout, fan subscriptions, and member logins, and it stores the information those features collect for us. Bandzoogle's own privacy policy, available at bandzoogle.com, also covers how Bandzoogle handles that information.
What we collect
Mailing list. If you join the Tom Atkins Band mailing list, we collect the email address you enter. Sign-up forms appear on the home page and the About page. Tom Atkins Band keeps its own mailing list. It is separate from the lists for Tom's other projects: High Strung Productions, iGuitar Journal, and Cloud Surfing Jupiter. Joining this list does not add you to any of those lists, and joining one of those lists does not add you to this one.
Fan subscriptions and member accounts. If you sign up for a fan subscription, you create an account on this site with your first name, last name, email address, and a password. Signing up for a subscription also adds you to the Tom Atkins Band mailing list, as the sign-up page says. You can leave the list at any time and keep your subscription.
Store purchases. When you buy music, merchandise (such as T-shirts, CDs, or printed books), or other items from the store, the checkout collects what is needed to complete your order. That includes your name, email address, a shipping address for physical items, and payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. We do receive your order details (what you bought, your name, email, and shipping address) so we can fill the order and help with any problems.
Guitar lessons. The store page offers online guitar lessons that are prepaid through PayPal. If you pay through PayPal, PayPal's privacy policy applies to that payment, and we receive the payment details PayPal shares with sellers, such as your name, email address, and the amount paid.
Messages you send us. The contact page, the EPK booking form, and the Contact link in the footer ask for your name, email address, and a message. We receive whatever you put in the form. The same goes for any email you send to tomatkinsband@gmail.com.
Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use it. When GA4 runs, Google receives standard usage data such as the pages you view, the site that referred you, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. We ask Google to anonymize IP addresses. Bandzoogle also records basic visit statistics, such as page views, for the site's dashboard. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, the site does not load Google Analytics or Bandzoogle's visit statistics.
Spam protection. The mailing-list, contact, and login forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and browser and sends it to Google. Google's privacy policy and terms apply to reCAPTCHA.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site. We do not share the Tom Atkins Band mailing list with High Strung Productions, iGuitar Journal, Cloud Surfing Jupiter, or anyone else for their marketing.
How we use your information
We use your email address to send the Tom Atkins Band newsletter. It covers band news, show dates, new releases, music for subscribers, and discounts on shows, music, and merchandise. We use order information to fill and support purchases. We use account information to give subscribers access to their content. We use messages to reply to you. We use analytics to see which pages people visit so we can improve the site.
Cookies
Bandzoogle uses cookies that the site needs to work, such as cookies that keep you logged in and remember your cart. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits. Google reCAPTCHA may also set cookies. The site does not currently show a cookie banner. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though logins and the cart may not work without them. Turning on Do Not Track in your browser stops Google Analytics and Bandzoogle's visit statistics from loading on this site.
Third parties you may meet
Bandzoogle hosts the site and runs its forms, store, subscriptions, and accounts.
Google provides Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA, and a web font that the site's design loads from Google Fonts.
Stripe processes store and subscription payments. PayPal processes lesson payments.
This site links to Tom Atkins Band pages on Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, SoundCloud, Twitch, Patreon, and Apple Music, as well as to venue websites and to High Strung Productions at highstrungpro.com. The share buttons on songs and events open the social network you choose. Once you follow a link off this site, that site's privacy policy applies.
Unsubscribing and your choices
Every email from the Tom Atkins Band mailing list includes an unsubscribe link. Click it to leave the list. You can also email tomatkinsband@gmail.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line, and we will remove you. Leaving this list does not affect any list you may be on for Tom's other projects. Those lists are managed separately.
If you have a member account, you can log in and choose Edit profile to update your details. To cancel a subscription, close your account, or ask us to show, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email tomatkinsband@gmail.com.
How long we keep information
We keep mailing-list addresses until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. We keep order records as long as we need them to fill orders and to meet tax and bookkeeping requirements. We keep member accounts until you ask us to close them. Google keeps analytics data according to the retention setting on our Google Analytics account, which is Event data retention: 2 months, User data retention: 14 months.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email tomatkinsband@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and post the new text at this address.
