Eric has the five tickets. He'll check whether Claude already fixed IGU-85 before touching it, and he'll open PRs for you to merge rather than merging anything himself. You'll get the links in the morning. You hadn't answered two questions, so I gave him defaults. The Curator case-study link will point to a real existing page, or be removed if there isn't one. And every footer will link all three sister sites. Tell me if you want either one changed.
CLO-16 says tomatkinsband.com has no privacy policy or terms page. Both /privacy and /terms returned "page not found" when I checked today. The site collects emails through Bandzoogle's mailing-list form and runs Google Analytics, so it should have both. Since the site is staying on Bandzoogle for now, this means building two pages in the Bandzoogle editor, with no code involved. The wording would be adapted from highstrungpro.com's pages and would cover the band's own mailing list, analytics, and store purchases. Both pages would be linked from the footer, and the footer's "© 2025" would get updated while we're in there. When the site moves to Vercel later, the pages would move over at the same addresses.
How do you want to handle CLO-16?

Will do. I'll base them on highstrungpro.com's pages and check what the band site actually uses first, like its mailing list, analytics, and store. You'll have both drafts ready to paste by morning.
Both pages are drafted, and the files are right below. I based them on what's actually on tomatkinsband.com: Google Analytics, the Bandzoogle mailing-list and contact forms with reCAPTCHA, the Superfan subscription, the store, and PayPal for lessons. They use the band's own gmail for contact. This is a solid plain-language template, not legal advice.
A few blanks only you can fill before pasting:
- The effective date.
- Who legally runs the site. Your footer says High Strung Productions LLC, so it's probably that.
- The payment processor for the store.
- How long Google Analytics keeps data. It's a setting in GA, usually 2 or 14 months.
- Refund terms for the store, the Superfan subscription, and lessons.
- Which state's law applies. You can drop this one, since highstrungpro.com doesn't have it.
For the footer, add "Privacy Policy" and "Terms" links. While you're there, change the "@ 2025" to "© 2026".
Also, highstrungpro.com's privacy page spells the sister brands "Cloudsurfing Jupiter" and "iGuitarJournal". I'm asking Eric to fix that along with the domain cleanup he's already doing.

The site
tomatkinsband.com is the official website of Tom Atkins Band ("we" or "us"). It is run by High Strung Productions LLC and hosted on Bandzoogle. The site offers music, show dates, a store, fan subscriptions, and a mailing list. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy at tomatkinsband.com/privacy.
What you may do
You may listen, read, and share links to pages, songs, and events. You may stream or download music only through the players, download buttons, and store on this site, or through the streaming services we link to. Music you download here, whether you paid for it or got it free, is for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, re-upload, redistribute, sell, or scrape our music, artwork, photos, or text, and do not present any of it as your own.
What we publish
The music, recordings, band name, logos, photographs, artwork, and text on this site belong to Tom Atkins Band, the credited musicians and writers, or their licensors. Songs written by other artists belong to their writers and publishers. The Bandzoogle platform that runs the site belongs to Bandzoogle.
Store purchases
Prices, product details, and any shipping costs are shown in the store and at checkout. Some tracks let you name your own price, and some may be free. Payments are processed by Stripe, whose terms also apply to your payment. Physical items ship to the address you give at checkout, so please check it carefully. Digital downloads are delivered through the download links provided after checkout.
Returns and refunds: Depending on what the product is, but the general rule is tickets for shows that are canceled will be refunded, purchases of music (on CDS) may be exchanged for digital copies via email. Shirts/wearable products can be exchanged at the point of sale (at a show) or email tomatkinsband to work out an arrangement for replacement.
If something goes wrong with an order, email tomatkinsband@gmail.com and we will work with you to fix it.
Fan subscriptions
Fan subscriptions are recurring monthly payments at the price shown when you subscribe. They renew each month until you cancel. Subscriber music and content are for your own personal use, so please do not share your login or re-post subscriber-only material. If you end your subscription, you may keep whatever you downloaded.
Guitar lessons
Online guitar lessons with Tom Atkins are held over Zoom and prepaid through PayPal, as described on the store page. Lessons are scheduled by email.
Mailing list
Joining the Tom Atkins Band mailing list is optional. By signing up, you confirm the email address is yours. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy. This list is separate from the lists for Tom's other projects (High Strung Productions, iGuitar Journal, and Cloud Surfing Jupiter). You can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing tomatkinsband@gmail.com.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are used to abuse the site, other people, or subscriber content.
Shows and tickets
Show dates, times, and venues listed on this site can change. Please check with the venue before you go. Tickets sold by venues or ticketing services are subject to their terms.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. Players, downloads, embeds, and third-party services can fail or change. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. That includes lost profits, lost data, or lost listening time.
Other people's sites
This site links to Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, SoundCloud, Twitch, Patreon, Apple Music, venue websites, and High Strung Productions (highstrungpro.com). We do not control those sites. Their terms and policies apply once you leave tomatkinsband.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting new text and a new effective date on this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
